Athol Log Home – Before
- As seen in this image, this Athol log home had extremely weathered and water-damaged logs in need of a full restoration. We performed blasting, treatment, and staining to repair the damaged areas and to give a uniform and beautiful look to the entire structure.
- We also applied chinking between the logs to help the home retain its heat and to give the exterior a beautiful appearance. With our advanced chinking equipment, we are able to efficiently and effectively apply large quantities of chink in a short amount of time!

What a difference this Athol log home restoration made! After blasting and treating and staining the home, we also applied chink between the logs. This helps to preserve thermal efficiency. It keeps hot air from escape in the winter and cold air from escaping in the summer. Of course, it also provides a beautiful appearance for the exterior of the home!
